Full paper submission in English is expected. All manuscripts must be prepared in the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format and limited to the maximum of 6 pages of A4 form in PDF format. Please use 10 points and Time New Roman font. The authors' names and affiliations, postal addresses, telephones, fax numbers and e-mail addresses must be omitted from the submitted manuscripts. Each manuscript must contain an abstract of about 150 words. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Paper Submission

1. The authors shall omit their names and affiliation from the submission.

2. In case the authors refer to their own prior work, please done either by referring to their prior work in the third person or referencing papers generically.

3. The authors shall exclude citations to their own works, which is not fundamental to understanding the paper, including prior versions (e.g., technical reports, unpublished internal documents) of the submitted paper. They should reference only necessary work using point (2). Hence, do not write: “In our previous work [3]” as it reveals that citation 3 is written by the current authors.

4. The authors shall remove mention of funding sources, personal acknowledgments, and other such auxiliary information that could be related to their identities. These can be reinstituted in the camera-ready copy once the paper is accepted for publication.

All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their paper. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, will not have their paper published in the IEEE IEL and IEEE Xplore, per IEEE policy. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore, if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore.

Add the IEEE Copyright Notice: it should appear ONLY IN THE LEFT BOTTOM PART OF THE FIRST PAGE of the paper.

Step 2: Checking your PDFs file

The final version of a paper in the format given above, The number of pages is 4 - 6. NO EXCEPTION IS ALLOWED. From the final manuscript formatted as instructed above, authors must generate the electronic version in PDF format. Regardless of its initial format, the file containing the final version of the paper must be transformed in the PDF format using the IEEE PDF eXpress webtool. PDF files generated by means of other tools are not acceptable. To generate the IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file of your paper, follow these steps:

Step 3: The first time you access the system, please follow the link to the new user.

Please note that, in order to access the service, you need to allow the use of cookies from the PDF eXpress website. Once you have registered as a new user:

• — Upload the source file that contains your paper for conversion.
• — Receive by email the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper.

Step 4: Preparation of necessary documents

• — Signs a IEEE copyright agreement as follow your recived mail.

Step 5: Once you receive your Xplore-compatible PDF and IEEE Copyright Transfer form, log in (this link).

• — Login to the system, click "view", then click “Add files” on right-top menu.
• — Browse each file to the system including:

• — Manuscript Source(for image,table that extra from Manuscript and Latex, if possible)

• — When you upload all files, click "Submit".
